These guidelines serve the purpose of clarifying the Directive's application in various technical realms, particularly considering recent advancements in technology and emerging tracking methodologies.
This position paper aims to contribute to the public consultation on behalf of Bitkom. It examines the guidelines, explores their ramifications, and makes suggestions for improving their content from the perspective of our members.
